Chateau du Tariquet XXX

A blend of varieties typical of the region of Armagnac, aged for at least three years in oak casks.

Tasting commentary, by cellarman Francis Miquel:

A colour between old gold and amber. The first nose is very clean, suggesting crusty warm bread and toffee with unaggressive esters.
When exposed to the air, the soft, warm sensation becomes stronger and develops into hints of angelica. In the mouth it is clean and youthful, with a hint of vanilla and the warmth and youth of the charred wood.
A tender, supple brandy.
An Armagnac which clings to the virtues of youth and is an example of perfect distillation.
