Redbreast

A truly delightful triple distilled, Irish pot still whiskey.
Uniquely it is a single malt, not blended, and is distilled from a mix of malted and unmalted barley.

Redbreast 12 Year Old was awarded the overall trophy for the second consecutive year in the International Wine & Spirits competition, was also Winner of Double Gold at the 2005 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Nose:
A complex spicy, slightly oily aroma, with toasted wood notes evident.

Taste:
Strongly flavoured and assertive, a blend of spicy, oily, sherry and toasted notes evident.

Finish:
Satisfying long, the complex flavours lingering on the palate.

Wonderful stuff.
